Thank God is a Bollywood comedy-drama, directed by Indra Kumar. Leading roles actors are  Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra,  and Rakul Preet Singh.

Thank God is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Sunir Kheterpal, Deepak Mukut, Anand Pandit, Markand Adhikari and Yash Shah. The official announcement of the film was made on 7 January 2021.The principal photography began in Mumbai on 21 January 2021. The film was wrapped up on 11 January 2022. The film is scheduled for release on 25 October 2022 coinciding with Diwali.

A Short tempered, real estate broker in huge debts, meets with an accident. As he gains consciousness, he realizes that he is n door steps of  in heaven. God appears in front of him and informs him that he will have to play a “GAME OF LIFE”. If he manages to win, he will be sent back to earth and if he loses, he will be sent to hell.

Case filed in Up against Ajay Devgn’s ‘Thank God’

Director Indra Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Thank God’ has run into trouble. A case has been filed against director Indra Kumar, actors Ajay Devgn and Siddhartha Malhotra. 

According to the petitioner, the film’s trailer which has been released, mocks at religion and has hurt religious sentiments. Ajay Devgn, wearing a suit, is seen playing Chitragupta and in one of the scene he is seen cracking jokes and using objectionable language. It create an unpleasant situation since it hurts religious sentiments.
